Saddleback Pediatric Therapy services was founded with the mission to provide the highest quality therapeutic care to the children and families that are served. We sincerely believe that each child is a unique gift and deserves the right to be treated with compassion and respect. We are dedicated to the provision of family centered care and believe that each family member plays a critical role in the habilitation of the child.

Our therapy approach is based on the belief that each child should be nurtured in a loving and safe environment with state of the art equipment, which will foster the child’s intrinsic motivation and highest adaptive responses. This will ultimately result in their optimal therapeutic outcome.

Susan Perrine Biography

Susan Z. Perrine, MS, OTR graduated with honors earning a Masters of Science degree from Boston University with special emphasis in pediatric developmental disabilities. She has practiced Pediatric Occupational Therapy specializing in Sensory Integration and Neuro-Developmental Treatment with children from birth through young adulthood for over 25 years.

She has advanced training in Neurodevelopmental treatment for both infants and children as well as training in both Feldenkrais and Myofascial release techniques for the pediatric population. She has extensive experience as a Neonatal Clinical specialist, Certified Lactation Consultant, Swallow specialist certified, Infant Massage Instructor, and has also been a clinical faculty member at the University of California College of medicine.

She is currently owner and director of Saddleback Pediatric Therapy Services in South Orange County, California specializing in the treatment of at-risk children from birth to adolescence with a variety of diagnosis including Oral Motor Dysfunction; Medical Fragility; Dysfunction of Sensory Integration; Sensory Modulation/Anxiety Disorders; Attention Deficit as well as Autistic Spectrum diagnosis. She is certified in the administration of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test and is an instructor for the WPS/USC Sensory Integration Treatment course. She also provides her expertise as an educator to both parents and professionals on a local and national level.
